The Princeton Lightwave PSL-245 is a high power
single mode 1460nm InP based laser package in a
standard TO-39 / TO-5 header hermetically sealed
with an AR coated window. Applications include
free space optical communications, shortwave
infrared (SWIR) illuminators for night vision
and plastic sorting applications. Single mode
laser chips for wavelengths spanning 1460 to
1850 nm can also be supplied in the same
