Princeton Lightwave's 320 x 256 focal plane array is a 30-um pitch two-dimensional InGaAs sensor that integrates PLI's high-performance InGaAs photodetector array with a low noise silicon readout circuit. The FPA provides high sensitivity in the SWIR band for wavelengths between 1.1 um and 1.7 um. Its two operating modes include high sensitivity or high dynamic range at frame rates of 30 to 60 Hz.

32 x 32 InGaAsP Geiger Mode APD Focal Plane Array Sensor
Princeton Lightwave's 32 x 32 Geiger-mode avalanche photodiode (GmAPD) focal plane array is a 100-um pitch
two-dimensional sensor in which every pixel achieves single photon sensitivity and performs time-of-flight ranging measurements.
This FPA serves as the optical engine for three-dimensional imaging flash ladar systems and is constructed by integrating
high-performance high-reliability planar InGaAsP GmAPD arrays, custom silicon readout circuits, and GaP microlens arrays.
The FPA operates at high frame rates of at least 30 kHz.
